The Aboutthree Training Management module maintains electronic training records for all employees, including training date, trainer and training method. Trainers can use this module to coordinate training, track employee participation in training sessions and review training records.
Training doesn't have to be a time consuming chore. The entire process is automated - The site generates training emails to affected personnel, alerting them to the date, time and type of training they'll need. Once training is complete, trainers acknowledge who participated in the session; Trainees confirm the training in their personal profiles.
